Both corporations specialize in technologies for mechanical cleansing and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will supply our prospects an even wider range of options,” said Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are persistently following our strategic improvement from an expert for heating functions to a holistic options supplier for all purposes within the transport, use and remedy of water and wastewater.”
Bargain shall be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and will proceed to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’ Recession-proof and application expertise and the two companies’ special options are the best combination to use new opportunities in existing business segments and collectively develop new markets,” mentioned Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
