Magnitude 7+ earthquakes hit northern Philippine islands – VIDEO

The island of Luzon within the Philippines has been hit by a strong 7.1 magnitude earthquake sending sturdy tremors felt in lots of areas nearby, together with the capital Manila. The earthquake was measured at around 10 – forty kilometres deep. There have been other related magnitude earthquakes being reported this morning (below).
At this stage there are no immediate reviews of injury or injuries from the quake although some recently uploaded YouTube videos indicate minor dame to roads and buildings from the tremors.

The earthquake follows a quantity of days of high activity around the Pacific Ocean’s ‘Ring of Fire’.

The earthquake’s epicentre was about eleven kilometres east-southeast of Dolores in the Abra province.
