Thailand says Myanmar observers is not going to take part in Cobra Gold exercises

Myanmar army observers won’t participate on this year’s forty first Cobra Gold navy train, which can take place from February 20 to March 5, according to Lt Gen Chitchanok Nujjaya, Director of Joint Operations.
