Trillium to acquire Termomeccanica Pompe

Limited is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two companies have signed a joint agreement that can deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together underneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give attention to developing the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
Trillium, a portfolio company of worldwide private equity funding agency First Reserve, is the former Weir Flow Control enterprise. The firm is a global designer, manufacturer and aftermarket services supplier of engineered valves and pumps used within the water and wastewater, international power era, oil and fuel, mining, and general course of industries.
