Thompson Pump showcases backup raise station pump at WWETT

The Thompson Pump 6 in compressor-assisted solids handling pump (6JSCE) is designed for sewer bypass, emergency response and any high-head/high-volume applications. With its heavy-duty cast-iron construction and quick priming capabilities, it could cope with flows up to 2,680 gpm and heads as much as one hundred ninety ft, with most solids handling up to three in. This end-suction centrifugal pump can dry-prime and re-prime automatically and is supplied with the Enviroprime System that does not allow product blow-by of pumped materials.
